By accessing or using the HustlePatra website (hustlepatra.com) or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

02Our Services

HustlePatra provides digital marketing and web development services including but not limited to:

• WordPress and Shopify development
• Website design and development
• Ecommerce development
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Social media management
• Digital marketing strategy and execution

The specific scope of services for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse any project at our discretion.

03Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials as required
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide to us
• Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule
• Not use our services for any unlawful or unethical purpose

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. HustlePatra is not responsible for delays resulting from late provision of content or feedback.

04Payments & Fees

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Standard terms are:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice
• Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

05Intellectual Property

Your content: Any content, logos, images, or materials you provide remain your property.

Our work: Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for the completed work are transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our portfolio: Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies.

Our website: All content on hustlepatra.com — including text, graphics, and code — is owned by HustlePatra and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

06Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.

07Limitation of Liability

HustlePatra provides services in good faith, but we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g. search engine rankings, revenue growth, or conversion rates), as these depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HustlePatra shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Issues arising from third-party platforms, tools, or hosting providers

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant services.

08Termination

Either party may terminate a project or engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will provide you with all completed work and relevant files
• Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless HustlePatra is in breach of the agreed terms

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately if a client engages in abusive behaviour, requests illegal work, or fails to make payment after reasonable notice.

09Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably and directly. If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@hustlepatra.com and give us the opportunity to address it. We commit to responding within 5 working days.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
